Anna Gunn

Anna Gunn is an American actor from the United States. She is most famous for her role as Skyler White on The AMC show Breaking Bad for which she won the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting actor in the Drama Series in 2013 and 2014. She played Jean Ward and Martha Bullock, respectively, in The Practice. She was born in Sante Fe, New Mexico in the year 1968, Anna Gunn fell in love with the art of acting at Preparatory School before her family relocated to Ohio during the latter part of 1970. She was a theatre student in the theatre department at Northwestern University and spent a year at the British American Drama Academy. Anna was a part of a couple of seasons in Chicago theatre before moving on to TV and film roles. Anna was selected to portray Arden in the TV show Down the Shore in the 29-episode series Down the Shore. As a guest-star, Anna played in Seinfeld as well as NYPD Blue. In fact, it wasn't until the late 1990s when she landed an acting role on The Practice. Martha Bullock played two full seasons on Deadwood and was filming between 2000 and 2001. In 2008, she was picked in the role of Skyler as Skyler in Breaking Bad. Sully was the Deadwood film, and other movies included her. Gunn also starred in David Schwimmer directed film Sex With Strangers. Gunn also played a part in the play Numbered Day. It is which is a series of audio-based plays. Breaking Bad often revolves around Walter White and Skyler's relationship. The strains and eventual demise mirror the last few years of Walter White.
